- Turn the oven on to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large 9 x 13-inch baking dish, combine the meatballs, water, jar of sauce, uncooked spaghetti, salt, and red pepper. Bake for half an hour after covering with aluminum foil.
- Take off the aluminum foil and toss the dish thoroughly. Verify that the pasta is cooked al dente, which means it is tender but yet somewhat firm. If not, bake for another 5 to 10 minutes with the cover on.
- After taking the casserole dish out of the oven, top it with one cup of mozzarella cheese. After giving everything a good stir, cover the casserole with mozzarella cheese made with the leftover cheese. Bake until the cheese is melted, about 10 to 15 more minutes.
