- Add the garlic and diced onion. Add the chopped garlic and onion on top of the rice and chicken.
- Include the broccoli. Put the frozen or fresh broccoli florets in the crockpot's bowl.

Crockpot Cheesy Chicken Broccoli And Rice Casserole
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast cut into small 1-inch pieces
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 medium yellow onion peeled and finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic diced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 15 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 1 ½ cup brown rice uncooked
- 4-6 cups broccoli florets fresh or frozen
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add the chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, brown rice, broccoli florets, black pepper, salt, Dijon mustard, celery salt, paprika, yellow onion, and garlic to the crock pot. Mix to blend.
- For approximately four hours, or when the rice has absorbed all of the chicken broth and is soft and tender, cover the crockpot and cook it on high.
- Before serving, add the shredded cheese to the casserole, toss it around, and let it melt a little (approximately 5 minutes).
NOTES
- To guarantee that the rice can absorb the liquid and that the chicken and broccoli are cooked through, make sure they are as well submerged in the broth and soup mixture as possible.
